Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Donation module.
2. Click on “Donate Now.”
3. On the Contact Detail page, enter a mobile number with more than 20 digits.
4. Proceed to the Donation Detail page.

Expected Result:
Validation error should be displayed immediately on the Contact Detail page when the mobile number exceeds 20 digits.

Actual Result:
Validation error is displayed only on the Donation Detail page after clicking the “Donate Now” button.
